Kylee's senior session was a little bit of everything and I was here for ALL OF IT! She loved the look of my studio sessions, so that's where we kicked things off, and can we please talk about those custom SENIOR jeans? Looove!! Then we threw a little bowling into the mix before heading over to Michigan Center High School for some softball pics! And then, a first for me in all my years of photographing seniors... CYMBALS!!! I've photographed plenty of band kids, but somehow I've never had a cymbal player before! There's a first time for everything!

Meet Mason from Jackson High School! When your senior is all about wrestling and soccer, you know we're going to end up on the mat and on the field. I love incorporating the things these seniors have spent YEARS doing into their pictures. After all, senior photos should be about more than just a nice smile, they should tell a little bit of YOUR story!

I have photographed SO many extended families this year and I am LOVING IT!!! Keep bringing me all your people! The Minix family wanted sunset pictures by the lake, and let me tell you, we had some gorgeous light to work with! And of course, we couldn't forget the boat! When your family spends so much time together out on the water, it only makes sense to pile everyone on board for a picture!

Penelope!!! GIRRRRL!!! I'm not sure what kind of magic she brought to her senior session, but she just kept delivering one STUNNING shot after another!

Field of flowers? BAM!
On her Jeep? BAM!
Beach? BAM!
In the water? BAM!
Sunset? BAM! BAM! BAM!

Seriously can we talk about how ridiculously photogenic this girl is?! Every time I thought we had THE shot, she'd go and give me another one! Penelope understood the assignment., and then proceeded to do ALL the extra credit!

Cayne had a vision for his senior pictures... soccer, golf, and some cool industrial vibes. Check, check, and CHECK! We traded the typical pretty senior picture backdrops for a little grit and some urban charm. I love when seniors know exactly what they want, and Cayne absolutely delivered!

Well, it was about darn time the Keller family got back in front of my camera! 😂 The last time I photographed this crew, one of these kiddos was still cooking in mama's belly... and I'm bot talking about the baby! So I'd say we were just a LITTLE overdue for some updated pictures! We had the most gorgeous, warm summer morning by the lake... and as usual, this family did not disappoint! Lots of laughs, a little silliness, and so much love packed into one morning. I just love this bunch... even if they do make me wait YEARS between visits!

Claire's senior session had a little bit of everything. We risked life and limb at the treacherous, stinky waterfall... complete with spiders roughly the size of small house cats. Seriously, the things I do for pretty pictures! Then we traded questionable smells and giant spiders for the gorgeous flowers and sets at Rustic Wild Arrow. Then we wrapped up the night with some seriously cool, dramatic soccer shots at Northwest High School!

A little adventure, a little beauty and whole lotta badassery.

It's Khloe's turn in the spotlight and this girl is seriously stunning (inside and out!) Khloe is studying cosmetology and plays softball, so of course we had to make sure both got their moment to shine during her senior session! A little beauty, a little ball , and a whole lot of personality!

As much as I love those gorgeous eyes, what I love even more is how much of HER shines through in these photos! Sweet, beautiful, confident, and full of personality! Congrats Khloe and have an amazing senior year!!
