Nothing is more memorable to me than the smells and sounds of summer. One scent or churp can be unexpected, momentary and fleeting, yet conjure up a childhood summer outside in the late evening where the heat coming up from the earth meets the cooler night air and in front of you is the firefly brigade.

I love taking these kind of pictures, because you see the true happiness and relief that it is almost over!
