This fundraiser became personal for me because I know what it feels like when life throws things at your family that you never saw coming.
Financial struggles. Losing people you love. Watching someone you love fight for their life. Family relationships changing. Mental health struggles. Wondering when things are finally going to get easier.
My family has lived through some of those chapters.
And it made me think about the children and families going through their own difficult chapters right now who may not have the support, resources, or financial ability to get the help they need.
That’s why I’m raising $5,000 for Family & Children’s Association (FCA). 💙 FCA (Family & Children’s Association)
This isn’t just about me running 26.2 miles. TCS New York City Marathon New York Road Runners
It’s about helping children and families have somewhere to turn when life becomes too much to handle alone.
