When I started blood, bone and honey she came to me in a pool of salt water at my grandparents house and I THOUGHT she was going to be a bo***ir and birth photography/doula business, w/ a side of coaching…

Her name was ALMOST blood, bone and milk, but the honey came in strong

SO STRONG

& that honey has given me a run for my money
She’s extracted, soothed, healed and nourished so many parts of me and my life - as honey tends to do

She told ME what I was here to be a channel, oracle and high priestess for

The blood and the bone have just grown stronger
Gotten more oxygen
Gotten more aligned

I started performing again in 2022 after a 7 year break which revolutionized my life

2025 arrived and we sold out our off broadway run of Grape Culture at

Grape Culture just got into another big festival TBA…

And we head to Canada to perform and teach at for the summer solstice

We’re almost 3 years strong in my global mystery school and angel witch coven, The Honey Pot, w/ 2 live group coaching calls next week spanning personal, professional and spiritual development

& i’m still doing 1:1 readings and coaching sessions weekly

Yesterday I got to do 2 back to back photoshoots and I am SO READY for a summer full of photo magick bookings!!

Your sympathetic nervous system is sacred too! 🌻

And we need not demonize emotional reaction (especially when it comes to our survival) in favor of some sanitized, commodified, version of “nervous system regulation.”

The cultivation of true nervous system capacity comes from creating space within you to honor your full spectrum range of multidimensional feeling and not abandon yourself out in the feelings sea.

Sometimes we need to cry so hard we feel like we’re drowning in an ocean of grief. That emotional reaction (sympathetic nervous system) is the pathway to being able to rest and digest those feelings and shift state (parasympathetic nervous system)

We are shapeshifters. We are animals. We are angels. We are fully human. And fully divine. And that’s a lot to hold!!

In my natural habitat 🐆🔮

On my 32nd birthday I prayed for LA, swept, vacuumed and organized the basement to create a better system for our laundry, held ceremony for myself by my solstice/yule/christmas/tree (auntie Sarah still has to mail some gifts down south as you can see 🙈) and had a medium rare steak because my moon is in Leo and I am in fact part cat, peep the claws 💅🩸

People ask me how I keep my natural nails so long and I keep telling them it’s because I devote myself daily to the ancient Egyptian goddess of sacred rage, part woman, part lion, Sekhmet. Goddess devotion werks y’all 🐾

There’s a grounded ferocity moving through me for this next year. A deep snarl, growl, roar in my belly to keep going, to dig deeper, to commit to the bit, to show up for the spell, and to allow it to all get even bigger 🦋

This year my membership, The Blood, Bone & Honey Pot becomes a a full on witch and mystery school with a curriculum of multiple courses and teachings 🐺

This look was inspired by the full body eczema I was ravaged with by the end of our run of Grape Culture at the

Sarah means Princess, and Seraphina means Fiery Burning Angel 🔥🪽🐦‍🔥👑

I showed up looking the part.

We had ppl walk out of the show, refuse to review the show, tell us it was “too woke” and “not woke enough”

My family’s story is that my great grandmother “fled” our Scottish clan.

Being there it hit me - no woman “flees” a place for the fun of it.

“Fleeing” is FORCED leaving.

The predatory, patriarchal, energies def wanted us to LEAVE Scotland with our silly, tasteless, Grape show!

By the end of the run I was burning head to toe and I went to see a healer.

As she was cord cutting, I had this vision of Sekhmet, ancient Egyptian lion goddess of sacred rage who Mary Magdalene would embody to lick the wounds and suck the poison out of women lying on the streets who had been graped and tortured.

Sekhmet was clawing ppl off of me and mauling them to the ground. I woke up the next morning with scratch marks all over me 🐾

Being as BIG as you are is a devotional practice. Healing is a choice.

Embodiment doesn’t just happen. It’s a result choosing yourself no matter how “hard” feels or who it triggers.

We have to cultivate the nervous system capacity to be able to tolerate the sensation of what it means to BE abundantly expressed, in mind, body, money, relationship and business.

It’s vulnerable, brave, sweaty, bloody, rashy work to go from envisioning what you desire to ACTUALIZING IT.

This comes with new realms of leadership, managing, discipline AND DEVOTION that arrives w/ getting what you’re asking for.

I didn’t ask for the eczema, rejection or projection, but I DID ask for this level of visibility and impact. The skin shedding is part of it.

My energy is so potent right now that it broke the cross off the rosary I’m wearing in this sacred self portrait that my mom got me in Germany after I had a dream she was going to stumble upon one for me 👀

The only charm left is The Madonna, symbolic of the truth that at this time on planet earth, after centuries of being intentionally buried, the ancient, multiverse, magick of christ/buddha consciousness is taking her rightFULL place on the throne of our hearts.

It’s giving Higher Self revelations, sacred sl💦t awakenings and the pelvic floor level claiming of our divine birthright to be blessed, supported and guided beyond measure.
