Venue Coordinator vs Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner…

Do you need both? 🧐 Short answer, YES. If you want a stress free wedding day, I HIGHLY recommend hiring a Wedding Planner or DOC (Day of Coordinator)

Venue Coordinator = There for the Venue and anything the Venue needs

Wedding Planning/DOC = There for YOU and anything you need or your hired vendors need. Helping you run your timeline, set up, vendor relations, putting out day of “fires”, Master as pivoting and making sure you stay stress free on your wedding day.

I’ll do a deeper dive on the difference between a Wedding Planner & DOC on a different day. Until then, ask the questions, hire the pros and enjoy the wedding day you planned for months🤍

Meet us at sunrise…

Jalyn & Garrett had rain start as we arrived at String Lake for Sunrise couples portraits, but within 15 minute it’s stopped and we were able to capture some beautiful moments before heading to Persephone Bakery | Jackson Hole for breakfast. Instead of a morning apart, they spent it together… slowly soaking it all in as we prepared for the rest of the day.

Lorin & Shane’s Maternity session was ✨EVERYTHING✨

They chose to start their entire trip off with their Maternity session at Mormon Row and it ended up being such a fun start to them! (Maybe a little stressful since Lauren’s luggage got lost BUT they were prepared with everything in their carry-ons excluding Lorin’s shoes, so a quick run to fixed that!)

Their little guy, William, (who is now here earth side and just the cutest!) was named after Shane’s Grandpa and they paid tribute by bringing his hat along for the session, the hat you see in these images is that very one🥹

The Teton Sunset didn’t disappoint either and all in all, it was what I hope, a memory treasured for the chapter of life as they waited for their son to join them✨
