Photographers and - THIS ONE IS GOING TO BE EPIC!

We’re teaming up again with Fourth Moon Camp for a special late-October Moonwalk Photography Workshop at Seneca Rocks!

This is your chance to capture something you simply can’t photograph on your own: slackliners walking a highline across the Gunsight Notch over the razor’s edge of Seneca Rocks as the moon rises in profile behind them. We’ll be positioned nearly ¾ of a mile away for the perfect perspective.

And because it’s October… expect some Halloween-themed surprises from the Fourth Moon Camp crew!

The 2-day workshop will also include:
- An opportunity to capture the last of the fall color
- Rare private-property access on the backside of Seneca Rocks for sunrise
- A tour of Dry Run Spirits Distillery and Ananias Pitsenbarger Homestead, a beautiful 275-acre historic farm near Franklin, WV

This is a very limited opportunity, and spots will be limited. If photographing the moon rising behind highliners at Seneca Rocks sounds like a shot you don’t want to miss, keep an eye out for registration details — this one will fill quickly!

Bridge Buttress Summer Views - New River Gorge National Park, WV

It's almost time for Fall! Randall Sanger Photography and I are booking for our annual workshop in the Greenbrier Valley of West Virginia, one of my favorites. We currently have 3 spots left for Oct 13-15th. Here are some photos from previous years, and yes we actually did have snow with Fall foliage one year!

I'm here at the Appalachian Arts and Crafts Fair in Beckley at the convention center today until 7pm and tomorrow 10-5. I'll have calendars and West Virginia scenic prints on display alongside lots of other art vendors!

Hi! Would you like to take photos like these in the heart of West Virginia's Potomac Highlands? This is the 5th consecutive year that I'm teaming up with David S Johnston for a photography workshop where we will be taking up to 10 participants to the dramatic overlooks, waterfalls and night skies that the area is known for. All skill levels are welcome! We currently have one opening left for Sept 10-13th. DM if interested.

I'm back from being off the grid for a few days and after seeing the news of the flooding in surrounding areas, it seems almost silly to mention that I'll be selling my photography at Elkins City Park for the Augusta Arts and Crafts Festival this Saturday; but come out to see the arts/crafts vendors and enjoy food and music if you can!
