So this is my new toy, well actually I’m starting a new gig and it requires a large amount of water. So what better than a retired fire truck. Needs some conversion to make it civilian legal. Stay tuned for some fun winter updates.

As an avid whitetail hunter I have felt the heartbreak of an un-retrieved harvest. This happens to hunters year after year. This scenario can happen for several reasons: rain, dense cover, rivers, streams, swamps, accidental poor shot placement and sometimes those blood trails just dry up!

Due to the recent advancements in drone technology, finding animals in those scenarios have become much more possible and likely.

There are many other advantages to using drone technology to track and retrieve game, even if the above scenarios don't apply.

1) Having a thermal imaging drone locate a harvest, take photos of the downed game will give the hunter the knowledge that the game that they were after has expired. This giving the hunter the the confidence of going in after the harvest, and not “jumping” the game, and making the retrieval more difficult.

2) If you are like me and don't have a ton of property to hunt, you want to be very careful of how much disturbance and human scent you put on your property. Scouring the property for lost game, can sometimes add undue pressure to the present game and decrease chances further down the season. A drone that flys at 400' above your property creates minimal disturbance.

3) The M30 Drone technology pinpoints and locates your using GPS coordinates. This information can help the hunter develop a plan to retrieve the harvest with minimal disturbance and effort.

4) My time at deer camp is limited, and drone technology allows for retrievals in my camp to be much quicker in my hunting party, thus giving me more time chasing my target buck.

5) With Drone technology we are able to locate a downed harvest several days after a shot is taken.

6) Our M30T drones are IP rated and outside a lot of wind, we don't care about bad weather.

Whether you are searching for a hunters first harvest, or just took the shot at the buck of lifetime and want to sway the odds in your favor, of a retrieval give us a call.

*A couple side notes:

* Currently MAWT is located in Michigan and the laws in Michigan prohibit drone technology for retrieval. We at MAWT believe that sometime in the next several months the laws will be changed to give hunters the use of this technology to exhaust every effort to retrieve their harvest. The 2023 season efforts will be focused in the other Midwest states that allow the use of drones for retrieval.

*I am a licensed part 107, commercial drone pilot, which is needed for legal game retrieval and night time flights.

*Call for pricing, pricing is a little fluid for the 23' season but one things is for sure if we are available we will cost less than the "competition."

*The drones we use in our fleet (M30T) drones were developed for search and rescue missions, with the public service sector. That being said, lose a friend or a pet, let us know If we are able we would love to for little to no cost.
