May the 4th be with you. Sun rises over the Port of Albany beginning another week as one of Albany Port Railroad's newest attractions Western Rail MP15CC APRR 2502, backs loads of grain into Ardent Mills to start their day.

The 2502 is a Cummins Clean Tier-4 compliant safe emissions locomotive now one of two being operated by the Port Railroad.

Though temps were chilly in the high 30’s/low 40’s with snow flurries; spring colors were in full “spring” yesterday as Norfolk Southern’s Geometry Train 92G lead by the 6942 rounds into Schoharie Junction at the “farm shot” as a pony & horse graze in their field unbothered by the black stallion rolling past.

B776 takes down Auto-130.3 on Track 1 northbound about to roll over the Amrize north entrance grade crossing having a very colorful lash-up lead by CN 3419 with UP 6305 & former CITX leaser now CN 2788 on the last leg of the crew's journey to do a swap in Selkirk.
