Finally finished my newest artwork: “A Tale of a City” 👀🏙️✨

And honestly? This painting took WAY longer than it should have because I could not stop being indecisive 😭🎨

Ironically, this was actually one of the easier pieces to create technically… but every five minutes I was changing colors, adjusting details, or staring at it questioning my life choices 💀✨

I think sometimes the simplest paintings become the hardest because there’s nowhere to hide. Every small decision changes the entire composition.

Still… I’m really happy with how this piece turned out in the end. The colors, structure, and movement all came together exactly how I hoped 👀🌆

Proof that even “easy” paintings can mentally put an artist through it 😭

Go experience my colorful artwork in person with 👀🎨✨

This is actually the FIRST time I’ve publicly shown some of these pieces because apparently I have a terrible habit of creating artwork… then locking it away in my studio forever 🥲💀

These paintings were inspired by joy, color, curiosity, and the feeling of wanting art to instantly brighten a space and your mood.

Seeing them outside of my studio and finally on display honestly feels surreal ✨

If you’ve been wanting to experience my textured mixed media artwork up close, now’s your chance. Photos never fully capture the layers, color, and details in person 👀

Come support local artists, explore the exhibition, and maybe even find your favorite piece 💫

Nothing like a pending deadline to suddenly resurrect your motivation 👀🎨💀

It’s been a rough couple of weeks creatively. The inspiration was there… but the actual desire to do the work? Absolutely not 😭

Unfortunately deadlines don’t care about artistic burnout, and once I commit to something I HAVE to show up and finish it.

So now we’re in full panic-create mode with:
✨ 2 deadlines due this week
✨ another one next week
✨ and me surviving purely on determination and vibes 🥴

Honestly this is the least glamorous part of being an artist—but also the most real.

The good news? Some really exciting work is coming out of this chaos 👀✨
Follow to see the final results of each project and whether I survive these deadlines 😭🎨
