Here's a new twist on real estate video productions. Our client is realtor Somer Padilla of Beth Ferester & Company in The Woodlands. We provided raw aerial video of this lovely, fully-renovated 4,138 sq. ft. golf course listing. Somer shot the interior video and did the overall video production. She paid Aerial Visions Texas only for the raw .mp4 video files and saved the production costs, and the result is a complete video tour inside and out, not just from high above. Hope you like it!

This was the third annual event called “Swinging Fore Miracles” sponsored by Re/Max Northwest of Spring, Texas. The charity golf tournament benefits Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. This charity raises funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Last year’s event raised over $21,000 and the results this year will top that figure. Watch for professional stunt golfer Trevor “Macho Man” Consavage and some really cool trick shots at the fourth tee!

We attended an enjoyable event on September 22 at Hot Wells Shooting Range arranged by StarTex Title. We cohosted a dozen top producing realtors for a s***t shoot followed by Texas barbecue from Carl’s, a local favorite, featuring smoked brisket and hotlinks. Welcome to The Sophie at Bayou Bend, an upscale condominium development located at 6017 Memorial Dr., one of Houston’s most exclusive addresses. Adjacent to Buffalo Bayou and very close to Memorial Park, the Sophie is just over 2 miles west of town. Construction has not yet broken ground, and ground-floor condos start at $1.4 million. The price goes up floor by floor. So the developer needed a way to show potential buyers what they are buying for the premium charged for each higher floor. Here’s how we worked with the developer to solve that problem. This is just a few of the videos and stills taken, the developer will be able to show the view from the balcony of any condo to potential buyers. Penthouse, anyone?

St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church is located in Spring, a Northwest Suburb of Houston, TX. Founded in 1985 by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, St. Ignatius was first led by Priests from the Society of Jesus, better known as the Jesuits. St. Ignatius was the founder of the Jesuits and his statue watches over the beautiful prayer garden in front of the chapel. The statue of the Virgin Mary is in the smaller prayer garden. The music is Dietrich Buxtehude’s Canzonetta in A Major.
