Finally made it to KHOI BBQ this weekend and it did not disappoint 🔥 The Viet-Tex BBQ blends bold Vietnamese flavors with classic Texas smoke.

We had the brisket, Bo La Lot sausage, and the whole hog garlic rice — every bite was unreal.

📍 Houston BBQ meets Vietnamese soul — a must for any foodie.
