One day, this “ordinary” season will be the one you miss the most.

The sticky fingers, the morning routines, the way they reach for you without thinking—these are the moments that quietly become everything.

Sometimes I can’t believe I get to do this for a living.

For the moms and dads whose greatest joy is raising their little humans, I have the privilege of preserving something deeply meaningful. Together, we press pause—just for a day—and create a record of what your life looks like right now, in all its beautiful, fleeting normalcy.

You may have noticed a theme of documentary photos with teens recently.

That's because this stage of life absolutely needs to be documented as much as the baby and kiddo stages! As a parent of teens myself, I know how hard it can be to win over them to the idea of photos. But as with so much with this age, if you meet them where they're at, their joy comes alive and they leave saying, "That was actually really fun."

This 1 Hour Tag Along Session was literally us tagging along to these teens favorite thing--hiking the park trails. Look at their happy and engaged faces as they get to be fully themselves. That's priceless for a parent. 💚

You have the photos and the memories of a joyful hour spent with your babies. Because, you know, we are always going to see them as our babies, right?🥹
