After leaving Book Cycle Inc., we finished the session at a local park where Amaya grew up. There she talked to us about her college plans, her love of nature, and how she is the biggest Lana del Rey fan. Thank you again to her and Mom for thinking of us. 💚

These shots were a bit more on the experimental side, but the results were AMAZING. 📸 Typically, we like to bounce the light and create a softer look, with these we pointed the light directly at Amaya and went for a more dramatic and nostalgic film camera look.

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of capturing Amaya's Graduation photos. She mentioned how much she loved volunteering at and wanted to incorporate that space into her portraits. This space has such a cozy atmosphere.. we loved it!

Abbi and Mayve's family go way back, so capturing this moment in her life was so special to us. During the session, Abbi and her mom shared stories of the party planning so far and how what originally started as a small party grew into a full-out Quinceañera. 💙😅

Abbi is turning 15 and getting ready for her big quinceañera. They asked us where a good place to take photos would be, and we suggested one of our favorite places, the Menil. They loved it!
