This is a great list. We would add two things. 1) Be prepared to talk with all your vendors at least twice within one week of the wedding. At Center Focus, we will call our brides within 1 week, then we will check in the day before. This is important because it keeps us in the loop in case of any last minute changes to the order of events, guest list, processional, etc. 2) Tell your photographer if you or your wedding party have any special entrances planned. We want to make sure we are in perfect position to capture those, usually hilarious, entrances.

When there are a million and one things to plan for your wedding, it’s only natural a few details might fall through the cracks.
