Shutterfest 2023 has come and gone! Every year we have a chance to challenge ourselves and learn new techniques. I left this years event with a renewed energy! This year I am going to push myself to get back into photography like I was in the past.

For this photo, I was assisting in ’s class and was able to work with on beauty portraits and lighting. I am always to grateful for friends that share their talents in order for me to practice! 📷📸

I haven’t posted in a while and since it is I thought I would post something from a few months ago.
In February, I had the opportunity to go to Las Vegas for an intense two day master class with some of the best photographers in the country. To kick things off, my friends , and I got the chance to work with .mccall in the studio. It was such a great start to the week and I miss laughing with those guys!

Haven’t posted in a while but what better time than to post on ?!
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of joining my good friend for a workshop in Washington DC. I even got to talk to the attendees about social media strategy and how to market their work in a more effective way. I was blown away by the talent and dedication of everyone there! It made me realize just how thankful I am for this amazing photo community.
Isn’t it a great feeling when you realize that you are doing something that you love to do surrounded by people who you know will help you grow?
