I photograph families and high school seniors in The Woodlands, Texas. I'm a wife, a boymom, a reluctant cat owner, and a frequent rider on the hot mess express who wouldn't make it without Jesus and coffee. Your kids are looking for a sense of belonging in a place most parents completely overlook.
It has nothing to do with the bedtime stories on their shelf and everything to do with a specific kind of physical proof they can hold.

It’s the one where they’re the main characters.

I’ve watched kids sit on a living room rug for thirty minutes, flipping through a family album like it’s a treasure map. They aren't looking for perfect lighting. They’re looking for the way you held their hand or that silly face their brother used to make.
