Early Morning at Bluff Landing in Tulsa County, OK

These shots are from one of the youth horse shows at the Tulsa State Fair 2013. It is a mixed showmanship class, in hand and western halter, and there were almost 30 kids in the class. It took close to an hour and these shots were taken close to the very end of the class.

I was impressed by the shear variety of horses and handlers. From younger children with ponies to teen age kids with well turned out Quarter Horses, Appaloosas, Morgans, Arabians, Warm-Bloods and more, they were all in that 1 big class.

The winner was....the cutie in the pink with her pretty chestnut pony.
