I recently did a moonlight SUP yoga singing bowl meditation experience with Julie North Shore SUP Yoga it is AMAZING!!!! It was a very calming but welcoming setting. Julie is the sweetest talented yoga instructor. She made me feeling comfortable even I am still not completely confident on SUP. I was just going through some overloading before Thanksgiving and happened to see Julie’s post so I decided to give a try. It was a whole body&mind cleansing process. I believe that she only does it once a month so book one before it’s all out!

Ma’ili Pink pillbox trail is worth the hype! The day was cloudy and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get a good view, but later it was cleared and we saw the gorgeous sunset.

It took us approximately an hour and 20 minutes for going up and down. You can probably do under an hour if you don’t stop for photos. Wear proper shoes since the trails are rocky and slippery.
