Buttons, the love of Celia's life, arrived home from Cummings Animal Medical Center at Tufts University where she had surgery and treatments for a super-bacteria sinus infection. Even though Celia visited and loved on her daily, Buttons was still more than a little pi**ed off, so being able to capture her forgiving Celia when she arrived home was priceless. Sadly, she has been readmitted. ❤️❤️❤️

When I was diagnosed with cancer, I spent hours, day after day researching and learning all I could about what was happening in my body. I discovered what I was willing to do and what I absolutely wouldn’t do in the fight to heal my body. Radiotherapy was on the top of my list of what I wouldn’t do. When it became a recommended protocol in my treatment plan, I flat out refused to do it and went with alternative methods instead, with the support of my oncologist, who was Chief of Gynecologic Oncology at LVHN at the time. We both believe that the combination of western medicine and alternative therapies saved my life. Feco, Essiac Tea, essential oils, supplements galore, constant detoxing, and a dairy/grain/sugar-free diet with organic or wild sourced fish or meat twice a week was my treatment plan instead of chemo or radiation. It was extreme, but I am alive... with collateral damage only from the western medicine treatment. This is an important read for anyone facing this journey. Never make decisions out of fear; only knowledge.
