We’ve seen some sh*t, (and have some regrets)
Hope is not a strategy. That’s why we have a booth manager for every wedding, backup equipment, AND a dedicated 24/7 emergency support hotline to assist our team if we can’t troubleshoot on our own. Because packing up and leaving your event is not an option.
Guilty as charged. I used to slap our logo on the back of our booths until one day it hit me- we’re here to enhance your wedding aesthetic, not advertise like we’re at a wedding show.
Business cards? Hidden away in case some asks.
Our logo? NEVER on your prints
Our team? Never in a branded polo or tee on front of guests.
We’re here for YOUR wedding, not the other way around.
Your wedding days and the day(s) that follow are MAGIC. The high is indescribable, your friends and family are still loving on you, and there’s a farewell breakfast (or hangover) to manage. The last thing you want to do is dig through emails. That’s why we send galleries Monday morning. Go ahead and bask in the afterglow of being MARRIED ✨
As an 18+ year veteran of the wedding industry, I have a deep understanding of the chaos of a wedding day and know how important it is to have your booth ready to go before a single guest sneaks in to drop their clutch.
And we also know that formalities may take an hour or so before the party gets going. That’s why we build an extra hour of idle time into all of our wedding collections.
Rest assured you’re not missing a second of partying at the booth!
Because “please leave a copy for the couple!” wasn’t getting the job done.
Now, you’ll get a dedicated attendant to slide prints into the book, hand your guests a pen, and ask them leave a sweet note. It’s the best way to ensure yourself book is PACKED with memories, and not a disappointment.
