It's been a while since I've had a chance to share anything - but this session was definitely a positive experience.

This model was amazing to work with and "flowed" like the best of them! hope to work with her again soon.

I still love Macrame. I'll continue making it as long as my little hands can figure it out.

Do you remember macrame being a thing in the 70's?

I love it when a model shows up and can "improvise" I, myself, am spontaneous, so it keeps me on my toes.

As a photographer, what's one thing you love to photograph? Mine is forever - a models hair. It's so unique to them - can be sensual and commanding. It's my FAVE.

I designed this headdress to feel architectural - something that could hold its own under my style of lighting.

When you build the piece yourself, you understand how to shape it with shadow.

This was from a recent workshop exploring texture & structure at SMAC in Hollister.
