It was an absolute joy to spend time with Annika and her mom while we wandered around town to capture her beauty and strength in some of her favorite places.

Annika, you are absolutely amazing in your creativity, joy and wisdom. What a joy it is to capture such amazing humans who are in their senior year of high school. I am always amazed at the inner strength and incredible talents of each senior as they hold space for the season that they are currently in and weigh out the opportunities ahead of them.

Every time that I think about setting down my camera on a shelf and 'retiring' from this work, I am reminded of how much joy that I find in seeing kids and families grow up together through my lens. It is such an honor to get these sneak peaks into the love and connections that people share with one another. Thank you all for continuing to trust me with this incredible task. It is not one that I take lightly.
