And then it finally did… at a meaningful park, right in front of their apartment, with her best friends hiding nearby, waiting for that magical “YES!” so they could run in and celebrate with her. 🥹🤍

Some weddings deserve to be remembered twice… and this one definitely does. 🤍

It took me a while to share these photos, not because I forgot them—but because some galleries are just too beautiful to rush.

From the moment they rented a classic car to take them from the ceremony to the reception, every detail felt intentional. The sunshine, the ocean breeze, the Rhode Island coastline, and two people completely in love… it was one of those days that felt like a movie.

Even though some weddings are absolutely gorgeous, I forgot to post this one… and it came back to me through my memories today. ❤️ So I decided to share it with you!!

A powerful couple, both serving their community in law enforcement, yet carrying such kindness, humility, and genuine love for one another. Strength and gentleness in the same story. it’s a beautiful thing to witness.

Their September wedding was filled with rich, fall colors, joyful moments, and the kind of love that doesn’t need to be loud to be deeply felt. Looking back at these images reminded me why I love documenting weddings the way I do: preserving not just how a day looked, but how it felt.

I’ve known Mayara and her family for more than 10 years. I met her when she was just a little girl, and even then, she had such a kind heart and a deep love for the Lord. Watching her grow into the woman she is today has been such a joy.🤍

Seeing her find someone who loves Jesus with the same heart she does, someone who will walk beside her through every season of life, fills me with so much gratitude. It reminds me of God’s faithfulness and His perfect timing.
