The Parkway is providing an opportunity for mobile food and beverage service (i.e. food trucks!) to operate at Mabry Mill, located at Milepost 176.2, for the remainder of the 2024 season!
◼️Any vendor who submits a complete application and who agrees to meet the terms and conditions of the Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) will be awarded a CUA upon payment of their application fee. The National Park Service will not accept or deposit application fees with incomplete applications. We will work with applicants to ensure complete applications prior to accepting any fee.
◼️The CUA allows vendors to operate during the authorized period on their own schedule. There is no requirement to be present.
◼️There are two fees totaling $600 associated with the CUA. There is a $300 application fee and a $300 management fee. The up front $300 application fee cannot be waived and authorizes food vending for the duration of the 2024 visitor season at Mabry Mill. Additional questions about fees can be directed to [email protected].
◼️Food trucks would be located behind Mabry Mill in the field next to overflow parking, close to the comfort station and Milepost Music.
This opportunity is intended to be temporary in nature, to both complement retail operations at the site and provide food service while the National Park Service seeks a new long-term concessioner at Mabry Mill.
The CUA Food Truck application form, including terms and conditions, can be found on the “Doing Business With Us” page of Parkway’s website. The CUA will be valid until December 31, 2024. Questions regarding this process should be sent to [email protected].
