A slow motion video of the Air Force Thunderbirds breaking formation at the Duluth Airshow.

I apologize for the slight jerkiness at times but I don't really do a lot of video and I was handholding the camera and this is slowed down to 24 fps playback, 1/5 the speed it really happened. I recorded it as 4k 120fps.

Convergence

The Air Force Thunderbirds converging during the Duluth Airshow.

I made this short clip from a series of 50 photos I shot while tracking one of the Thunderbirds that was flying by me during the airshow. Towards the end you see the photo I got of 3 of them in super tight airspace and then when they departed after.

Air Force Thunderbirds at the Duluth Airshow

Special thanks to Jerry from Destination Duluth for the tickets, my kids had a blast and I got some nice shots at the airshow. For this one I had been panning following the plane going toward the bottom right and managed to catch the 3 of them converging in an impossibly small space.
