This weekend I had the opportunity to photograph the most magical couple–Our dear friends Jen & Corin I first met Jen in college and we've managed to stay in touch throughout the years regardless of the miles between us. Jen is one of those special people who can warm your heart, make you laugh, and instantly turn you into best friends for life. When I first heard about Corin, I couldn't have been more excited for her–If there's anyone who deserves to find their soulmate, it's Jen. Then I finally got to meet him. Corin feels like that missing puzzle piece Jen had been searching (all over the world) for all along. After getting engaged in California, COVID hit and they had to plan and postpone and plan some more. Finally they decided on a new date and the day itself was absolutely perfect. They both deserve all the love in the world and we couldn't be happier that they've found one another–And made it official!

One thing these two have in common? Their love for Harry Potter! Check out all of the beautiful little touches throughout the day–The golden snitch in Jen's hair, their custom ring box, Corin's cufflinks, handmade wands for each guest, her amazing bouquet made of book pages, and their gorgeous (and delicious!) wedding cake.. Even their ketubah was custom designed to match the theme! Here's a little sneak peek of their wedding day below! 😍

Hey everyone! I hope 2022 is treating you well and you're all enjoying the beautiful weather lately. It's been a busy few months, but I'm so ready for all of the weddings and photoshoots on my calendar! I can't wait for all of the amazing couples and families that I get to photograph this year–And I'm looking forward to sharing those images with all of you!

Last weekend I officially started my 2022 season with Jess & Ben's gorgeous engagement session! I had the opportunity to meet this adorable couple last year at Ben's sister Kaylie's wedding and I was thrilled when they wanted to book with me to photograph their own 2023 wedding! Even though rain was in the forecast, the weather ended up being perfect for our session. With the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center as our backdrop, there were so many wonderful spots for photos–As you can see, they were total pros and made my job super easy! We spent lots of time inside the Botanical Center itself and then took a walk through the rose garden and outdoor paths. We even stopped to pet some adorable goats along the way. 🐐 I hadn't been there in years, so I honestly forgot how absolutely beautiful it is. All of the tropical plants really transport you to another location all-together! 🌴

Congratulations again on your engagement Jess & Ben. ❤💍 Thanks for walking through the plants with us and for all the laughs! I can't wait to celebrate with you on your wedding day!

And just like that, 2021 is officially coming to an end. Now to finish editing photos and sending out galleries! I’m so grateful for the memories that you've let me capture this year and the ones I have yet to document in the year to come. Thank you for constant support and for letting me be a small part of your love stories. My wish for you all is a New Year filled with happiness, adventures, health, and the unconditional love from those around you.

Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Just before Christmas I had the chance to photograph Courtney & Jason’s gorgeous winter wedding at the Graduate Providence. This venue holds a special place in my heart because in 2014 (when it was still The Biltmore) my husband Will and I had our winter wedding there! 🤍 After photographing more than 70 weddings, I finally got to go back to where we got married and photograph another couple’s big day!

I first met Courtney when I photographed her sister Erin’s wedding in 2016–So when I saw her inquiry email describing her own special day, I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to capture more memories for their wonderful family. Their wedding day was filled with so many beautiful touches, from the gorgeous bouquets filled with pine cones and red roses to the Christmas decorations at The Graduate. Every little detail was perfect and brought the whole day together. Courtney & Jason even braved the cold weather for us and did some night-time photos which turned out amazing! Providence is so beautiful on these chilly, winter nights and I was so glad that we could take advantage of the pretty Christmas lights! �

This past Saturday I finally had the opportunity to photograph Sarahanne & Henry's magical wedding day! Like many other couples, they decided to postpone their original 2020 wedding date due to COVID. Sarahanne first contacted me about their wedding back in 2019–So to say they were excited to tie the knot was an understatement!

It was a chilly, Fall afternoon but we made the most of it and took some gorgeous photos as the sun was setting! This was my fourth time photographing a wedding at Linden Place, and it takes my breath away every time. Sarahanne & Henry's vintage, Christmasy vibes fit in perfectly.

This weekend we celebrated with a couple close to my heart. My little cousin Ally married her soulmate Mat and I was lucky enough to photograph this amazing day. Their love for one another is unexplainable. I've photographed dozens of weddings now and I've never cried this much, from beginning to end–And of course, now I'm tearing up just writing this post and looking at these photos. *Excuse me while I grab some tissues*

10 years and one beautiful baby girl later, Ally and Mat finally had the wedding day they had always dreaming of. And I think their family and friends all felt the emotions of the day too. There wasn't a dry eye as Ally walked down the aisle, as they shared their first dance, or as their daughter Lilly gave a heartfelt speech to her parents. We've all been waiting for this moment for so long and to finally be the one to photograph it was such a special experience.

Ally & Mat, thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me capture these precious memories. Will and I love you so very much and we wish you a lifetime of happiness. We can't wait to share even more special memories with you both. ❤🥰

Hi Everyone!

I haven’t posted on social media in a while, but I wanted to give a quick update and start posting some pictures again! At the beginning of 2021 we welcomed our second child, Adeline (Addie), into our family. This little ray of sunshine has filled our life with so much happiness (and sleepless nights). Running my photography business while taking care of our growing our family has been a challenge, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. The first photo below is the most recent of my two babies. 🥰

In addition, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph some incredible weddings, engagements, and portraits over the last year and I can’t wait to share them with all of you! In 2020/2021 I’ve met some amazing couples, captured the most beautiful moments, and made some wonderful friends along the way. I still have a handful of weddings this year, and I’m so excited to eventually get back into full wedding seasons again!

For all of my past, present, and future couples/families–Thank you so very much for trusting me with photographing these precious memories. Please know that I take each wedding to heart and photograph it as if it were my own. It’s an honor to capture these images that you’ll show future generations when telling your love story! ❤
