When I was asked to help plan and photograph this proposal, I was super excited—but I never expected just how much that experience would mean to me.

I received a thoughtful message on here from someone who shared his idea and goal of the session. He talked about what he wanted and how/why proposing at this specific location was so special. He talked about his future fiancé in the highest regard, and I could feel the excitement, love, and thought he had put into all of it.

Being trusted with such a special moment, feeling the anticipation leading up to it, and witnessing the pure joy that followed was something I’ll never forget. As I went through these photos again over the weekend, I found myself reflecting on why I fell in love with photography in the first place. It’s about more than taking pictures—it’s about preserving moments that will be cherished for a lifetime.

I am so honored to have played a small part in the beginning of their new chapter and so excited to finally share these images.

Congratulations to this beautiful couple—thank you for trusting me with such a beautiful moment in your love story. 🤍✨
