Had a great time at Crossfit Hanover today shooting the CrossFit Hanover Intramural Open Workout! It was great to see such an amazing community of people supporting one another and having fun doing a brutally tough workout! Nice work, everyone!

Turned an otherwise dreary fall day into a lovely family photo shoot with this beautiful couple and their two growing boys. It’s amazing how some fresh photos can create a sense of warmth and renewal. Another reason to be thankful this season. DM to book a fall family session!

Got out of my comfort zone this weekend shooting a friend Jasmine (.ifbbpro) at Codorus State Park. Jasmine began her bodybuilding journey several years ago after years as a competitive CrossFit athlete. Two weeks ago she competed for the first time as an IFBB Pro in the Wellness Category and she’s competing again in a few weeks in Toronto! Documenting physique is really important at this stage so she can meet with her coach and determine what areas need refinement moving forward.

The sport of bodybuilding is pretty incredible and the level of dedication, focus, and resilience needed to be successful is so high. Thanks Jasmine for letting me snap some pics of you!

Great day shooting some content with Professional Sprint Car Driver Jacob Allen Racing! This was a really fun collaboration - I coach Jacob at Crossfit Hanover to help him prepare for his upcoming racing season. He’s a big fan of CrossFit and is loving the results he’s getting and was kind enough to talk to me a bit about it on camera. Stay tuned from footage on all of our channels!
