I had the privilege of capturing some incredible mommas. 💕

Whether it was their very first time celebrating as a mom or simply updating family pictures they hadn’t taken in a while, every moment was worth it. Although it wasn’t the huge turnout I had prayed for, it was still such a beautiful evening and a great turnout overall.

Thank you to all of these moms for taking the time out of your day to be part of this special experience.

You are all appreciated in so many ways. A mom’s job is 24/7, 365 days a year, and the love, sacrifices, and dedication you give never go unnoticed. 💐

I also understand that some moms weren’t able to attend due to timing and busy schedules, and that’s completely okay! Because of that, I’ll be planning something soon for BOTH moms & dads. 📸

Let’s make it a family outing and capture some beautiful updated family pictures together. 💕

I saved a special seat for one last person… my beloved Mom. 🤍

As I try not to get emotional, this morning I woke up and just started crying. I took myself out to the patio, looked up at the beautiful sky, closed my eyes, and felt your hug through the wind.

This weekend — and every day after losing you never truly gets easier. This weekend will be the mark of 9 years from my last Mothers Day on earth with you. I’m learning to accept it and still enjoy the life I have with the babies. I tell myself that one day I’ll see you again… just not yet, because my babies still need me. But truthfully, I think I need them even more.

I love you, Mom. I will continue talking about you to the kids, sharing your love, your memories, and making sure you are never forgotten. ✨🤍

This session was in honor of you and every other mother present or in heaven.

Let me just say, I may not have been there for your first steps or your very first day of kindergarten, but these past almost three years have truly meant so much to me.

Whenever I could, I was there..cheering you on from the stands or capturing moments of you doing what you love most… playing volleyball 🏐

I know we may not share the closest bond, but thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey and to capture these special memories for you.
