HOPEFUL! So excited to have overseen the permanent installation of the 'Hopeful' art on the City Hall balcony overlooking Winthrop Street, on behalf of the Hallowell Arts & Cultural Committee!!
Many thanks to the artist, Charlie Hewitt, who gifted the art to the city; to the professional installers from Neokraft, the Lewiston company that fabricates Charlie's work; and to everyone who has supported the effort to bring hope and light to our community through art.
