Shooting Star Photography started our incorporation in February of 2015 and we are already making our mark around South Jersey! Peonies are still going strong, but they’ll likely be finished after the middle of next week for the 2026 season.

It’s Memorial Day Weekend!! ☀️🇺🇸

Although someone should probably notify the weather because it seems to have missed the assignment. 😆

Believe it or not, beach season is basically here and somehow every year I blink and suddenly I’m living out of my car with sand in places sand should never be.

I’m already seeing a lot of familiar faces this season in Stone Harbor, Sea Isle, Ocean City and all over the shore 🤍

Also... somehow we have NO regular beach weekends left this year (how does this happen every single year?!). The only weekend availability left are the mini sessions I do once a year. There are a few Wildwood/Ferris Wheel options hanging out in the shop too.

And if minis aren’t your thing and you're thinking, “I want more time and less chaos,” send me a message and I’ll see if I can work some beach magic because I do still have a few scattered dates hiding around.

Hi there! I have added a few more Peony dates to the shop as they should be in peak for at least the next week or so. Which means, we opening up a few on Memorial Weekend!!! We're getting caught up from the weekend and a passing of a beloved matriach in our family, so give us a little patience to reach out. BUT ALL GOOD.. It's kind of nuts to go from HOT these few days then we go COLD again lol, but actually better for the Peonies! They love opening in the heat and the cold preserves their blooms just a bit longer!

The blooms should last through around Memorial Day weekend and possibly that week after. If you would like to book a session that weekend or this upcoming, please let me know. I am opening up for bookings.

Peony sessions start in about a week and that will be the end of spring flowers. We have fields of pink, crimson, white, magenta, red.. every color imaginable with gorgeous sunsets.
