This is a house my children and I (and ex husband and friends) built this house back 2005ish... and allegedly sold it in 2021 (was a long story/bad deal) I signed a contract to list... which turned out to be acceptance of $175,000. 3 years later... $289,900. Carpet removed to unfinished concrete in livingroom, hall and kitchen... nicely remodeled master bathroom and repainted bedrooms - period. Kudos to them if they actually make $110,000 profit from +/- $15,000 inside. I'll post the new sales add in a few.

Was seeing all the photogs posting pics of their Christmas mini shoots...made me remember all the stuff I've done... like made my livingroom into 5 different scenes.. with santa..Santa... 2 large toy reindeer (thanks tarra tinders family) baby black grand piano... fireplace... was exhausting but oh so much fun! I really miss being as active as I use to be... but I'm still here if anyone just loves me so much that I am your one and only. Lol.
