On this land, the love and memories run deep.💛It was an honor, walking around hearing the stories of past generations and seeing the barn built by their own hands. The love in this family overflows, and seeing my dear friend surrounded by all that meaning was a priceless experience.

Not long ago... at the beginning of my photography journey, I would get asked if I planned to shoot weddings. I'd immediately say, "No way, I don't think I can do that!" But by divine providence...here we are!!!🎉 With more weddings to come in 2026!!😱

A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of capturing my very first wedding. It was intimate (30 guests) and filled with the deepest, most genuine love.😭 I'm forever grateful for this sweet couple who feels like family now.

Truly, my photography walk has been a slow burn (in the best way). Spread mostly by word of mouth, and will likely continue this way (at least until my kids are older and both in school full-time.) But I *do* have big dreams of where this walk will lead.💛

Maybe this year, I'll do better at posting the sessions I do.😅 I've captured so many beautiful families this year. I also had the magical and emotional experience of photographing my first labor and delivery.😭🥹 There's nothing else like that!!!

2025 was an incredible year for me in respect to experience gained and overall growth as a photographer. I continually feel extremely lucky to do this "job"! Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with capturing beautiful and lasting memories this year! It brings my heart SO much joy!!! 📸
