The expansive Indiana State Sanatorium is completely isolated from society. Only the Superintendent's Home, Administration Building, Lee Alan Bryant Rest Home and Adams Hall Psychiatric Hospital remain, along with it's own power plant and water tower. Closed in 1987 due to losing their license to practice medicine after embezzlement charges.
