Avon Township, my local township, wants to show the before and after footage of capital improvement projects including a garden, parking lot and the landscaping surrounding the pond. My first blooper. Even the advanced drones have a weakness on their sensors against tree branches, power lines and telephone cables.

This is why the FAA still requires VLOS (visual line of sight) for commercial operations, and explains why our packages aren't delivered this way autonomously.

I was looking too closely at the screen trying to keep us on center. Mayhem ensues. The drone balances faster than a cat, and I got lucky. I just need to replace one rotor.

I sponsored a Realtor Mastermind event hosted by Michelle Garibay in Kenosha last week. The presenters discussed how to gain the soft skills and prospecting skills to be a better Realtor.

First trade show, exhibiting my services at Heartland Realtor Organization. Wanted to see what works, and what I over-packed.

I must give a shout out to OpenAI. As I setup the Roku monitor, I realized I left my remote for the Roku at home. GPT helped me figure out how to switch input sources without the remote and not being on the same wifi network as my mobile device. Otherwise, that would have been a disaster.

So that was a smile of success and relief. Now to follow up with everyone.
