“Her womb is a temple.”

Oh, how truly miraculous it is that we can create life. To hold a new generation in the womb that you get to love, support and grow with, can heal the mother in more ways than we could ever recognize.

To receive the healing, she has to be willing to grow through the pain that it takes to get there. Many won’t see it as growth and will choose to run but when you stay in it, you will rise up stronger and more aligned every time.

We are ever changing, growing, shifting into who we c h o o s e to be and that passes down to the life we create.

So choose love
choose empathy
choose kindness
choose compassion
choose understanding

If we choose these daily, we might start to see a change in the world.🌎

“It’s the little things that make life big.”

Daphne may be little but she is so sweet, big at heart and ready to protect her baby sister from whatever danger comes their way.🐕

In fact, she’s already doing it! There was quarter sized hail that came out of nowhere as thunder, lightening, intense wind and pouring rain kept me inside my car while I waited for them to get to Pacifica. They were on their way and had to pull over!

Just as they got to the park, the storm stopped for the entirety of their session and not a moment later. Once we got into our cars to leave, it all started up again. I bet it was Daphne and her security skills. Way to go, Daphne! 😋🙌🏻

I can’t believe it’s June already.☀️

Soon, kids will be out of school, temperatures will rise, pools will open, spring will end and summer will begin. For a lot of families, summer is the few months where you get to go on more adventures and make more memories with your kids.

The (not so) simple days when you could make your kids happy with some rocks, sticks, bows and popcorn.🪨🪵🎀🍿

Little miss cried a bit when she thought brother ate all the popcorn. I quickly showed her there was some left and had her giggling with mama seconds later.

Just like the popcorn, it all goes faster than we think, so don’t you blink.🫶🏻

I wanted to share minis so much sooner but I’ve been a busy bee working on galleries, updating my site, doing deliveries and prepping for summer! We are so ready! How about you?

As we approach Mother’s Day, I find more reasons to be grateful for the many precious gifts in this life. I am happy, I am grateful, I am blessed. Mother’s Day feels differently for everyone and remembering we get to be alive is a gift in itself.
