Yesterday I was able to get this gorgeous woman in front of my camera - every look she gave and pose she struck left me speechless. The most amazing thing, though, is that as beautiful as she is, her soul is just as stunning!!

... my first trip out to Augustino Estate Vineyard ... in addition to drinking some delicious wine, I got to take some photos of this amazing, beautiful couple!

I have known and adored Brooke for almost 9 years ... being behind the camera and seeing the love between her & Tim was so special. I am so very happy for them and I can't wait until the big day!

Life is a funny thing ... up until last Fall, I thought that I had learned and experienced most of what life would have to teach me ... and then I became a Foster Parent. Needless to say, life is still a funny thing, but it is also busier than I ever imagined and I have learned more about myself, about my husband, about our relationship, about life, than I ever thought I would in the last 8 months! I was SO happy to hear from this beautiful bride that I got to hang out with their awesome family one more time before they packed up and moved to Iowa! Their wedding was held at an LDS Church and while I was a little nervous about the lighting situation, I appreciated the chance that I had to work on my technique and to stretch myself as a photographer!
