Photoshoot Party!

Since our house is a disaster construction zone, we couldn't do the big party this year so we just had a few friends come out to the studio for a photoshoot party! I was SO excited to use this amazing new handmade backdrop and just am in love with it!

I just love her so much and although it is real hard to watch her grow up so much and it somehow feels so sudden, I am excited for who she is becoming and love living life this with special girl.

Movement is so important to my work! It creates natural shapes and genuine connection.

Lucy came out with this huge sweatshirt on and it was cute so I told her I wanted to take a photo and she just stood there. Then I said to start moving and this is the result, it’s so great!

I’ve been a photographer for 17 years, and what I love most is helping people feel truly seen, beautiful and have a great experience being photographed. I got my start in weddings, and I bring that same joy, movement, and storytelling into my studio work, especially branding photography.

As a small business owner myself, I know how important it is to show up online in a way that feels both professional but authentic to who you are. People can feel your energy in a split second, and great photos help communicate your confidence, personality, and purpose before you ever say a word.
