It’s amazing how quickly time flies - Ashley and Michel’s one year anniversary is only 4 days away!

Their fun wedding day at Monument Vista Place is now on the blog. This was such a great location with incredible views, plenty of room to relax, and so many options for photos.

I’m excited to be back at Monument Vista Place at the end of this month for another wedding, this time with two vehicles for portraits — one black and one white. I’m looking forward to seeing what we create!

A little reminder about my editing style 🤍

This image has been edited, but it has not been Photoshopped. I keep my work natural and true to life, and I don’t reshape bodies, retouch faces, or alter hair.

I deliver the full gallery, usually 75–100+ images, so you can choose your favorites and simply skip the ones you don’t love. Photographers who offer extensive Photoshop retouching often deliver a smaller number of highly perfected images, typically for clients wanting that specific look.

Every photographer has a different editing style, so please choose someone whose work and style you genuinely love. What you see in my portfolio is what you can expect from me. 🤍

Senior session on the Grand Mesa this week 🌿

The wildflowers may be mostly gone for the season, but there are still a few patches across the Mesa.

My style is simple: natural, relaxed, and completely you. No fake smiles, no artsy editing, no artificial lights, no Photoshop. Just real moments, natural surroundings, and photographs that actually look like you.

Because you deserve senior photos that feel like you, not a version of you created by a computer. 🤍

Captured this rainbow over the Colorado National Monument this week, and it reminded me why I love photography.

I’ve always believed in capturing real colors, real moments, and things exactly as they are.

Nothing in life is perfect. This rainbow didn’t make a full bow - I’m sure I could have added to it in Photoshop, but that wouldn’t have been what I saw.

And that’s exactly why I love it.!
