* While I love to talk about my artwork; I first wanted to talk about what. With a little introspection I figured the first and most important question a client would ask is... “ Why buy from Nakano Designs?”
Such a great question... I will give you my best answers.
* Artwork is my passion! I have been in industry for over thirty years. From working as a photojournalist, portrait photographer and
studying graphic design technology, I understand both technical and aesthetics of the arts. I am meticulous with color balance, cropping, and making sure the files are fit to print. Whatever is in the image is meat to be there! I know all the jargon too...
* I only use professional equipment including Camera, Wacom Pad, Stylus Pen and the best editing software. While there is always more to learn I know my way around pretty good at this point.
* A lot of my artwork is a mixture of my original photography work, custom brushes and digital painting. The art is my own unique look at the world. Over the past 10 years I became a member of several dog lovers groups and found they had the same passion as me about my furry family member. I absolutely LOVE it and spend many hours working on artwork I believe my clients will love.
* I only work with professional labs and product partners. For the client, I know art is an investment of their hard earned dollars and I want the art to be EPIC! They are all original. There are different small breed designs to choose from and made into various products that I offer. There are throw pillows, mugs, cards, prints, canvas posters and canvas wraps. They are all original and based on my photography work, paintings and graphic design.
* Most of my artwork and paintings are a little whimsical with soft colors, but every now and again I will go bright and bold. I have three different styles of custom portraits: Realistic – Sketchy – or Whimsical. Something to match your style and budget.
* Let's save the best for last! As a fur-baby small breed owner the love for our babies is real! I understand how special it is to get the portrait just right to portray your littles and create a lasting memory. We are also partial to our little breeds and love to own décor items that depict our favorites.
