Itās been a while since Iāve shown up to reintroduced myself and shared some reflections from the heart.
So hi! Iām Mackenzie, the woman behind the camera. I canāt thank you enough for being here and supporting my work.
This ālittle businessā of mine has been functioning for 3+ years now and it isnāt just a passion project of mine, itās a life-line. The desire to create my photography business and take it from hobby to career came in at a time when I really needed to show myself what I was capable of (even though at the time, I didnāt actually know that).
Itās been a way for me to express myself creatively, connect with some of the best people, learn + grow in some really important ways, but most importantly, itās been a means to provide for myself and my son through some very intense transitions.
With each shoot I take on, I stand a little firmer on my own two feet, I grow more confident in who I truly am, I become more unafraid to express my truth and move towards the life that I dare to dream of.
Aside from being a mother, itās been one of the most fulfilling endeavors of my life and I canāt thank you enough for being here and supporting me each step of the way.
Rapid fire facts now that I just spilled my heart out and didnāt really introduce myself at all:
š„ Being a Mother to my little fiery redheaded toddler is the honor of a lifetime.
š„ I also own and operate a coaching business that I pour my heart and soul into.
š I am a woo-woo, hippie girl and I WILL ask you about your sun, moon and rising (astrology things) at your session if you book with me.
š«¶š¼ My people are everything to me.. we will live in community together one day.. mark my words.
š¤Æ I will think about every last embarrassing thing I said during our session for weeks on end, because Iām *anxious* (Iām working on it).
āļø Iām not sure there are many things better than the first sip of coffee in the morning
