The best part about an extended family session? You get so much more than one big family photo. 🤍
We photograph the whole crew, of course — but also grandparents with grandkids, individual families, siblings, couples, the kids on their own… and all the little combinations that make your family yours.
This San Clemente evening gave us the prettiest summer light (and a perfectly timed train!) and is such a good example of how much we can fit into one session.
And if you’ve been thinking about an extended family session, August is one of my favorite times to do them. Summer sunsets are later, which means more time for everyone to get where they’re going after work, less rushing, and that gorgeous warm evening light.
