Please .. for the love of Santa .. you have to visit this beautiful farm located nearby!!!!
I was around the first year they opened and such a welcoming and beautiful experience!!!

There are times when .. you wonder what you’re doing .. you wonder if it matters .. I get questioned as to why I put so many details into things to make them special or why I do things with my gift. I thought .. if I truly cared about it .. it’s worth it.
I’m learning a lot about myself to this day.
Sometimes these life lessons sneak up on you as did “My favorite Christmas Family”
I hear from them yearly.
Grandma was very sick and the family was worried. Esp little Isabelle .. When Santa asked what she wanted for Christmas .. She wished for her grandmother to get better. ( I KNOW I KNOW ) she did not ask for a toy, no makeup, just to have her dear loved one better.
I left that family .. that day .. still all emotional by the selfless request .. I mean come ON .. she had SANTA right there … Surely he would ask her if there was anything else she wanted right???
He did .. and she said the same thing ..

So .. Mrs. Clause made her a “wishing necklace” and tucked it into the mailbox for little Izzy to find and share with her brother and sister.

These are the little extra things that make me feel whole .. knowing years later .. she still has it and that memory …
