To you, this might look like some flowers and a book, but to the bride, it’s so much more.

The flowers are what she will hold with her shakey hands as she’s walking down the aisle, as she’s about to make the biggest, and wonderful, decision of her life. Delicacy that adds to the ambience of the special moments throughout the day, and serves as a souvenir from the best day of her life.

The book that holds as much of her heart as she could fit on those pages, the vulnerable words that she will vow to her husband in front of loved ones. Words that are the foundation of their marriage for all of the years to come.

So yes, some flowers and a book, but oh my do they represent so so much more. I feel honored to have been trusted to document even the smallest details, because I know they are the biggest for the newlyweds.

Before the music, before the aisle, before everything shifts into “I do”—there’s this moment with the groom.

Tying the tie a little slower than usual. Adjusting cufflinks that suddenly feel more meaningful than they should. A deep breath that sits right between calm and anticipation.

The room is full, but there’s a quiet focus underneath it all. Jokes being told, hands on shoulders, someone saying “this is it, man” like they’ve all been waiting for this exact second.

Groom getting ready isn’t just preparation—it’s grounding. It’s the pause before the biggest, best yes of his life.

One thing I always recommend to my couples: give yourselves more time than you think you need on the morning of your wedding day 🤍

The getting ready portion of the day sets the tone for everything that follows. Having extra breathing room means you’re not rushing through hair and makeup, stressing over the timeline, or feeling pulled in ten different directions before the ceremony even begins.

It gives you time to:
• fully enjoy those quiet moments with your favorite people
• soak in the excitement of the day
• get dressed without feeling hurried
• have space for meaningful photos and details
• handle any unexpected delays without panic

Some of the sweetest wedding day memories happen during the slow moments in the morning — music playing, laughter with your bridesmaids, your mom helping with your dress, reading letters, sipping coffee, and finally letting it all sink in that today is the day.

A calm timeline makes such a difference, not only for your experience, but for your photos too.

Reasons to love spring & summer sessions at the beach:
— Softer sunsets and longer golden hours
— Natural movement from wind and water
— More comfortable weather for walking and exploring
— Flowy outfits photograph beautifully this time of year
— Sessions tend to feel more candid and relaxed outdoors

Perfect for couples, engagements, anniversaries, or simply documenting everyday moments together in a meaningful way.

There’s something so special about documenting a wedding day in a way that feels effortless, romantic, and true to the couple. The quiet forehead touches, the laughter while walking hand in hand, the way the evening light wraps around two people completely in love — those are the moments that matter most to me.

My approach to wedding photography is centered around storytelling. I want your gallery to feel like stepping back into your wedding day years from now — not just remembering how it looked, but how it felt. The nervous excitement before seeing each other, the soft in-between moments no one else notices, the movement of your dress as you walk together into your new season of life… all of it deserves to be preserved intentionally.

When you book with me, you’re not just investing in pretty photos. You’re investing in an experience where you can feel comfortable, guided, and fully present. I’ll help with natural posing while also leaving room for genuine emotion and candid interaction, creating images that feel timeless instead of overly staged. My goal is for your photos to reflect you — your connection, your personalities, and the atmosphere of your day.

I’m especially drawn to romantic light, organic movement, elegant details, and documenting the emotional heart of a wedding day. Whether we’re walking through vineyard rows at golden hour, stealing a few quiet moments after the ceremony, or capturing the joyful chaos of the dance floor, I’m always looking for the moments that tell your story as it felt.

If you’re searching for a photographer who values genuine connection, intentional storytelling, and timeless imagery, I would be honored to document your day.
