Earlier this month, Designing Joy Photography had the exciting opportunity to be a part of ‘Something Blue,’ a brand new, immersive theatre experience presented by The Far Off Broadway Players and graciously hosted by the wonderful Scott Skaggs at The Hidden Homestead.

I used to think scrolling through my phone to see these memories was good enough. But it’s not. My kids don’t scroll through my phone and see them everyday like I do. So how do I make sure they see them the way I do too?

I put my love where they can see it on the walls every day when they walk through the door. They see it and say, “Look, it’s ME!” This one portrait has given them so much more than I thought, and it’s priceless because of it.
