As a photographer, I am always looking forward to winter weather and things freezing since it creates an opportunity to capture some amazing creations of mother nature.

This year, I have been waiting to photograph snow flakes and the weather has just not been cooperating. So, with the low temperature I decided to take things into my own hands and take a stab at photographing frozen soap bubbles.

I was amazed with all of the different patterns being created as the bubbles were in the process of freezing and, as shown in the pictures, each bubble looked completely different and so beautiful.

Here is a small sample of what I have come up with so far … I am sure there will be more since I had a blast freezing my fingers off out there ;)
