Sometimes when you have a vision, it doesn't always work out as you expected it to and when that happens it can be quite discouraging. For me, one of my biggest discouraging moments as a photographer in 2024 was the Fall Photo Event. Even though I had RSVP's and potential clients stating that they were interested, none of them showed up. With that, I was left to decide whether I should give up on my vision of photography events all together or keep trying. Towards the end of the event, my parents and younger brother showed up as paid clients, got their photos taken and encouraged me to keep going and I have decided to do just that. I've made a list of things I can do a little better and ways I can get the word out to our community to help future events become a success. I want to say a huge thank you to my family for always being here for me and encouraging me to keep going!

When it comes to babies and newborns, I am a hands-off photographer. I will of course help with some pose directions but I won't be swaddling your baby, coaxing them to sleep or asking you to remove their binky if you tell me "it's there to stay." My aim during all my sessions is to keep you comfortable and capture exactly what you and your little one present me with. 🩷

Today is the day! At 1PM I'll be taking walk in photo sessions at the Salem Baptist Pumpkin Patch until 5PM. Costumes are welcomed but not required and having kids isn't a requirement either. Whether you would like to get a couple photos to announce your engagement, pregnancy, upcoming graduation, update your family photos or showcase your 2024 Halloween costume, this is the event for you! Just know there will be Pumpkins in the background 😉

Hey there!

You're invited to my First Annual Fall Photo Event! It will be held on Sunday October 20th, 2024 from 1PM to 5PM at the Salem Baptist Pumpkin Patch. This is the perfect event to update your family photos with as much or as little spook as you'd like! This is a walk-in friendly event that will be carried out in a FCFS order and you are welcome to bring any family-friendly props you might like in your photos.
