my work is an extension of that philosophy. photography should be more than just a saved memory, more than a "perfect" capture of an imperfect world, more about the perspective of the person taking the picture than about the technology used to produce it. a photograph should have heart and soul and authenticity. it should personify the essence of life: the people and experiences we love and want to hold sacred forever.
