My older brother Jesus Flores aka DJ Reali$t has passed away last Wednesday. We all really miss him and it isn’t the same knowing he is no longer with us. I still look up to him because he always tried his best when life kept pushing him down. He loved his family, he loved music, his guitars, photography, off road adventures, and partying with friends.

Don’t forget, it’s a good thing to take a break from social media, to recenter yourself when you need it. :)

A month ago, I could not do a push up. I ate often and drink caffeinated stuff crazily.
A month later, I can do 150 pushups in my routine, I changed habits and lost weight. For the first time since I was a teen, I can wear size Small again. (From x-large and large)
I am still not where I want to be, but I am working on it. :) I always preferred wearing tight compressed shirts.
