Happy Heart Photography LLC Somewhere on this journey, life took over and I got away from this little enjoyment of mine. When the heart speaks,I often listen so here we are.

Since that detour, I have found it heavy on my heart to dive back into this passion and to share with others.

That bench holds many memories, it holds a great deal of love and stories to pass down. That bench her grandmother made and looking around at the various things she made, that woman was remarkable!

My mother was a skilled woman that was under estimated and many do not know the hell she went through in her life. The stories I could tell you that I watched break her strength in those moments are the very ones that gave me strength to give THIS very princess her voice! My uncle recently was asked to describe this girl and his answer was spot on, she is her nana, her grandmother AND her mother all wrapped up into one person.

This birthday shoot I wanted to highlight two important females God gave me the privilege of having in my life, my mother and my very own daughter.

So i’m still kicking, don’t worry! A little life update though: we officially blended our two families and lives into one in a new house with plenty of room for us all. We are still working hard on settling in, it has been a bit of a journey as i’m down with a broken back. Thank goodness they finally got a brace on me and it has provided some support and relief while healing!

On a positive, we have some photo shoots coming up. My sidekick (B) is excited to join and practice his skills as well. 🥰
